Cozy at Home: March Wine Night!
NEW DATE: On Tuesday, March 4th at 6:00 pm, we're featuring a few wines to get cozy with during these chilly months. We’ll also feature a bonus NA wine:

Detroit City Bourbon Dinner
On Thursday, March 27 at 6:00 pm, we're having our first ever bourbon dinner with Detroit City Distilling! We will be featuring four of their bourbons:
Honey Barrel Bourbon - Bourbon Finished in Honey Barrels
Two Faced Bourbon - 50% Kentucky Wheat Bourbon With 50% Michigan Made Bourbon
Butchers Cut - Their Signature Bourbon made with 68% corn, 27% rye, with 5% specialty roasted barley malts
10yr Anniversary - This small batch bourbon celebrates their whiskey making journey over the last decade with a blend of our ten favorite bourbon barrels.
Our food courses paired with each Spirit are in order as follows:
Triple Cream Brie with baguette and topped with smoked cracked black peppercorn and smoked hot honey
Arugula Salad with goat cheese, maple candied walnuts, dried cherries and Fustini's blueberry balsamic vinaigrette
Hot Honey Glazed Smoked Salmon with caramelized onion soft polenta and roasted mini rainbow carrots
Bourbon Braised Short Rib with braised rainbow chard, roasted bacon red skin potatoes and demi-glace
Ticket price includes four 1oz pours of each bourbon, along with a cocktail crafted with each spirit highlighting each bourbon made by our Beverage Manager Tyler, and a food pairing for each spirit curated by our Chefs Ed and Andy Westerlund. We will also have their regional representative and brand ambassador in to tell you about their story and their spirits.
