Osso Bucco
Description: Tender pork osso bucco slow cooked until it falls apart served with hearty garbanzo beans, roasted sweet potatoes, turnips, rutabaga and seasonal vegetables.
Important Note: This item has a longer cook time.
Parmesan Crusted Cod and Chips
Description: Our twist on classic fish and chips; panko and parmesan-crusted cod oven-roasted and served with sweet potato fries, tabbouleh and creamy horseradish sauce.
Important Note: Traditional fish and chips is deep fried.
Griddled Walleye
Description: Vibrant tomato and olive relish, seasonal vegetables, pancetta fingerling potatoes with lemon and finished with fresh pecorino.
Important Note: Walleye is a freshwater fish native to most of Canada and to the Northern United States.
