Pancetta Fettuccine

Description:
Fettuccine with crispy pancetta, sautéed spinach, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, creamy goat cheese and confit garlic tossed with fresh cashew pesto.

Important Note: Pancetta is similar to bacon, but is unsmoked.

Sausage Tortellini

Description: Ricotta-filled tortellini with spicy sausage, spinach and pepperoncini-artichoke giardiniera tossed with creamy marinara and topped with feta.

Important Note: Creamy marinara is a combination of our Alfredo and marinara sauce.

Sautéed Shrimp Pasta

Description: Shrimp and spicy sausage tossed in bow tie pasta with house vegetables, confit garlic and creamy cashew pesto Alfredo sauce topped with Pecorino Romano.

Important Note: Bow tie pastas real name is farfalle.

Chicken Piccata Fettuccine

Description: Our take on a classic; pan fried chicken breast served over Fettuccine, capers, butter, fresh lemon, confit garlic, Pecorino Romano and tomato and olive relish.

Important Note: This is an untraditional version of the dish. It typically is pan fried chicken breast, with lemon, butter, and capers.

Mediterranean Pasta

Description: A blend of tomato and olive relish, confit garlic, Pecorino Romano, spinach, fresh lemon and red bell pepper Alfredo sauce tossed with bow tie pasta.

Important Note: Confit garlic is garlic that is slowly cooked at a low temperature in olive oil.

Fettuccine Alfredo

Description: Fettuccine pasta tossed with Alfredo sauce, spinach, tomato and olive relish, topped with Pecorino Romano. A classic with a twist.

Important Note: Fettuccine is a flat and thick noodle.

House Tortellini

Description: Tortellini tossed with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, pepperoncini and artichoke giardiniera, house marinara and topped with goat cheese.

Important Note: Our tortellini is stuffed with ricotta cheese.
