Starters
Ravioli with Mushrooms
Description:
Fresh pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese, topped with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, marinara and parmesan.
Important Note:
The raviolis are pan fried to caramelize the outside prior to plating.
Tuscan Beer Cheese
Description: A blend of Shifting Sands IPA, cheese, artichokes, spinach and olives, topped with parmesan and panko breadcrumbs and served with warm Bavarian pretzels, dried fruit and cashews.
Important Note: Pigeon Hill brewery in Muskegon makes Shifting Sands IPA.
Housemade Kofta Meatballs
Description: Lamb and beef meatballs with red bell pepper and Alfredo sauce and goat cheese and served with baguette.
Important Note: Kofta is not traditionally served as a meatball.
Gyro Nachos
Description: Toasted pita topped with lamb, beef and chicken, red onions, tomato, pepperoncini and artichoke giardiniera and harissa yogurt sauce.
Important Note: Harissa is a spicy, aromatic chili paste.
Whitefish Spread
Description: Our house made whitefish combined with sour cream, capers, and fresh herbs served with rice crackers and fresh vegetables. Creamy, savory and perfect for sharing!
Important Note: Whitefish is a fresh water fish.
Dolmas
Description: Tender grape leaves stuffed with seasoned rice, fresh herbs, and spices.

Important Note: Although we do not make these in house, they are a great product direct form Greece.
Double Creme Brie
Description: Fomager D'affinois Double Cream brie from our friends at Culture Cheese Shop topped with honey, fresh cracked black pepper and toasted baguette.
Important Note: Culture Cheese shop is located behind the restaurant and offers a great selection of premium cheese and wines.
